Dr. Raina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist. She earned her Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Human Service Administration from Spertus College.

With more than 15 years of experience in mental health and social services, Dr. Raina has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families build bridges to healthier, more fulfilling lives. She has served in leadership roles across correctional settings, mental health hospitals, and child welfare systems, where she developed and implemented programs designed to meet the needs of individuals struggling with mental health disorders and substance use challenges.

Dr. Raina also led a teen and parent awareness and prevention program focused on reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and providing youth with a safe space to process challenges and develop healthy coping strategies. In addition, she has been actively involved in family reunification programs supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.

Dr. Raina is passionate about breaking down barriers that prevent people from reaching their full potential. She believes that with the right support, education, and resources, individuals and families can create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
