We are Licensed Therapist working with Individuals, Families, Children and Couples. Our clinical services are dedicated to helping people grow and develop their inner strength. We work with those who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, aggression, stress and addiction. We also work with families with issues surrounding parenting, parent coaching and behavioral disorders. As an agency, our focus is strength based and client centered. Our therapy approach utilized a variety of treatment modalities including Certified DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Solution Focus and Emotion Focused Therapy.

Trauma Group (Saturdays twice a month)

We offer a sliding fee scale for our clients without insurance.
$75 per hour
$50 per hour to work with an Intern

Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
